Let’s celebrate summer in the kitchen with the freshest ingredients and the tastiest dishes!
In these classes, you’ll be making light, nutritious meals using seasonal produce and learning essential culinary skills along the way. From refreshing summer salads to tangy marinades and flavorful sauces, you’ll explore new tastes, textures, and techniques. You’ll measure, chop, blend, and taste your way through each recipe, learning how to adjust flavours to make each dish your own.
This series is all about building your confidence in the kitchen while having fun with food that’s fresh, healthy, and packed with flavour!
My aim it create a safe and welcoming environment where children can come after school, get creative with food, socialize and learn invaluable life and cooking skills. I will work with the group to encourage them to be adventurous with new flavours, textures and cuisines. Using seasonal ingredients where possible and with a focus on zero waste and store cupboard ingredients, we will creating a range a delicious dishes to share and eat together at the end of the class.
All recipes will be emailed after the class so that your child can confidently make and create the dishes for their families at home at a later date.
