A minimum of six (6) participants is required for an adult cooking class or creative event to proceed. Woolen Mill Kitchen (“WMK”) reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine, or modify any class or event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If WMK cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available class date.
Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure a participant’s spot in the class.
Cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within twenty-one (21) days of the class date are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another person with prior notice to WMK.
In exceptional circumstances, WMK may, at its sole discretion, offer a class credit or transfer to a future class date.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
Participants are responsible for informing WMK in advance of any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, WMK cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and accepts no liability for allergic reactions or related health issues arising from participation in the class.
Participation in cooking classes involves the use of kitchen equipment, knives, hot surfaces, appliances, and other tools and activities that may present risks of injury. By registering for and attending a class, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that Woolen Mill Kitchen, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in the class or presence on the premises, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following all safety instructions provided during the class.
WMK may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending a class, participants consent to the use of their image unless they notify WMK in writing prior to the start of the class.
WMK reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate, without refund.
By registering for a class, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
