Warm up your cooking skills and your tummy this winter!
In these series of 4 after-school classes, we’ll dive into the heart of comfort food—think comforting mac and cheese, crispy fish sticks, savory pies, and vibrant stir-fries. Whether you’re rolling dough, stirring up a tasty sauce, or mastering your very own secret seasoning mix, each lesson will be filled with flavor-packed fun.
Join us for a cozy, hands-on cooking experience that’s not only about creating delicious meals but also about building life skills and making memories. Perfect for kids who want to explore new tastes, make new friends, and cook from scratch in a welcoming, home-based environment.
My aim it create a safe and welcoming environment where children can come after school, get creative with food, socialize and learn invaluable life and cooking skills. You child will come to WMK after school and working as a team will plan, make and enjoy dinner together with friends, old and new. As well as gaining an appreciation for making meals from scratch using whole food I will encourage them to be adventurous with new flavours, textures and cuisines. Using seasonal ingredients where possible and with a focus on zero waste and some store cupboard ingredients, we will creating a range a delicious dishes to share and eat together at the end of the class.
All recipes will be emailed after the class so that your child can confidently make and create the dishes for their families at home at a later date.
