Bi-weekly series of 4 Tuesday sessions, 10.30-1.30 pm
4th and 18th March, 1st and 15th April
In these session we will be making some savoury pies, spring inspired soups and Easter breads, one-pot easy casseroles, as well as a zesty Italian risotto. I will lead the class but as we get to know each other as a group we can develop our program and share and make well-loved, tried and tested favourite recipes too.
All recipes will be emailed after the class.
