Classes are small (4) to maximize on hands-on experience and learning potential. A minimum of 3 is needed to run a class; if not reached, classes will be re-scheduled or cancelled and a full refund given.

Cancellation policy: Full refund with 10 days notice, if a substitute chef is found. If not, a 50% refund will be given. No refund, under any circumstances, within 72 hours.
