A specially curated day just for you focusing on nervous system wellness and the connection between gut health, the mind and the benefits of a plant-rich diet, whilst celebrating the very best of local, seasonal Ontario produce.
All in the idyllic setting of Woolen Mill Kitchen in Erin; a welcoming and small home setting. We guarantee you a unique experience and a magical day!
Focus on the nervous system through physical, mental and emotional health through meditation, movement, breathwork and conversation. Sam will work her magic, incorporating the sounds of nature, the river and a unique fire ceremony, which will leave you feeling energized, refreshed and inspired.
Later you will celebrate the best of seasonal and local summer produce as we focus on eating the Rainbow to maximise on the benefits of a plant based diet?
All recipes and nutritional nuggets will be given during and emailed after the class.
