WMK is teaming up with incredible Sam Shepherd @ Wildbeasts Mindfulness again and I am SO excited.

Sam will Focus on nervous system wellness through

  • physical, mental and emotional health through meditation, movement, breathwork and conversation

  • working her magic, incorporating the sounds of nature, the river and a unique fire ceremony.

  • you will leave you feeling re-aligned and energized.

Claire will explore the connection between gut health and the mind?

  • You will start the morning with a fibre rich breakfast with some tips for including fermented foods and protein in your morning routine.

  • Later you will celebrate the best of seasonal, local summer produce as we focus on eating the Rainbow so as to maximise on the benefits of a plant based diet?
