“The Woolen Mill Kitchen camp was completely outstanding! Claire has everything organized from having receipe books made, and from scratch ingredients with realistic and engaging cooking ideas for children! Her warmth and kind nature was noticeable and appreciated! She went over and beyond what a usual camp entails and really connected with each child. Also the girls really enjoyed making their fresh tacos and selling them at the Erin Farmers Market. This camp is unique. This camp is fun and most of all this camp is teaching our youth the love of creating in the kitchen and having passion for fresh ingredients and healthy and balanced cooking and eating.”
