Come celebrate the best of Ontario produce and the delights of Mediterranean Cuisine. We promise you a social and hands on evening in the Woolen Mill Kitchen, where you are sure to pick up some tips and tricks along the way. You will enjoy some appetizers and then sit down to a three- course alfresco dinner overlooking the Credit River in Erin.
Menu taster: Spanish Gazpacho soup, char-grilled local asparagus with a hollaindaise sauce, Italian ravioli and classic French desserts such as Tarte au Citron or Tarte au Chocolate.
