Summer is a time for fresh herbs and vibrant seasonal Ontario produce. Combine these with some middle eastern aromatic spices to create a Lebanese meal that will excite you palate and is guaranteed to be a feast for your eyes and your tummies! Think tabbouleh, chargrilled eggplant with caramelized tomato, chickpeas and pomegranate, home-made labneh, Harissa Chicken, middle-eastern mezze and SO much more!

Quantity:
The class will combine demos, hands-on collaboration and a dinner outside under the stars, overlooking the Credit River in Erin.

A great date night out or opportunity to bring some friends for a unique summer cooking and dining experience. To make and enjoy delicious food, meet new people and socialize on a summer evening in August. What’s not to LOVE!
