Step into an evening of authentic Italian cooking at Woolen Mill Kitchen. In this immersive summer cooking experience, you’ll learn the traditional techniques behind fresh spaghetti and Italian sausages, all made completely from scratch. Together we’ll celebrate simple seasonal ingredients and timeless methods that make Italian cuisine so beloved.
As the sun sets, you’ll sit down to an alfresco dinner overlooking the Credit River in Erin, enjoying the meal we’ve created together, with a few special surprises along the way.
This is more than just a cooking class, this is an evening to slow down, savour good food, share stories, and experience the warmth of an Italian summer table.

Menu taster: Appetizer of Focaccia with roasted peppers, red onion, a medley of mushrooms, wilted spinach and goat’s cheese, delicate small plate of seasonal ravioli, an Italian inspired salad, homemade sausages, spaghetti and red wine reduction flavoured marinara sauce, followed by Tiramisu.
