Filo Basket Appetizer

These little filo baskets can be made in advance and keep well in an airtight container for up to a week. These baskets are filled with horseradish and lemon mayonnaise, smoked trout and quail’s eggs. This filling is just a suggestion, you could fill them with whatever you like; savoury or sweet.
